Kingdom TCG Store
Montevideo, Uruguay
A full e-commerce build for Uruguay's most active trading card game community, with product catalog, checkout, and an event calendar for weekly tournaments and meetups.

Before Railblazers
Kingdom TCG Store ran on Instagram alone, no website, no catalog, no way to check inventory or sign up for an event without sending a DM.
What we built, and why
This was a full custom build, not an off-the-shelf store template. We designed the site, the database behind it, and an automated email system for order and event notifications from scratch, built around how Kingdom's business actually runs day to day.
The real complexity was that Kingdom is two stores operating as one. Behind the scenes, the two run independently, each with its own inventory and logic, but customers only ever see a single storefront. Getting that split right, without customers ever noticing the seam, was the core engineering problem to solve.
On top of the store itself, we built an event calendar for Kingdom's weekly tournaments and meetups, so the community side of the business, not just the retail side, has a real home online.

Where it stands today
What's different now is how customers experience Kingdom. Instead of scrolling an Instagram feed and DMing to ask what's in stock, customers can browse the full catalog, see exactly what's available, and check out directly online. The event calendar puts every tournament and meetup in one place instead of buried in old posts, so the community side of the business is just as easy to find as the store. And because the two stores now share one storefront, customers get a single, clear place to shop instead of guessing which page to check.
